Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a 'D' class bank licensed from Nepal Rastra Bank under the Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2063. It started a financial transaction on Bhadra 4, 2067. It modified conventional banking practice by removing the need for collateral and created a banking system based on mutual cooperation, trust, participation, and accountability. KLBSL provides credit to the economically deprived of different ethnic groups and religions in rural areas, thus assisting in the fulfillment of their entrepreneurship dream, with or without collateral as per KLBSL loan policy. At KLBSL, we believe that credit is a cost-effective weapon to fight poverty, as it helps in the overall improvement of socio-economic conditions of the people who have previously been kept outside the banking orbit. We aim to assist the government in its national goal of poverty reduction.
We provide microfinance services to the target people, i.e., microloan, deposit, and remittance services, through a network of 107 branch offices throughout 48 districts.
